• What is eParcel Post?

  eParcel is Australia Post's Internet enabled freight system. The delivery status of a package can be checked via the Internet at www.eparcel.com.au

• How it works.

  Each parcel carries a bar coded address label, which is scanned at several points during the delivery process.

  This will usually happen the evening your parcel is dispatched or early next day.

  Your eParcel number is included in your shipping confirmation email.

  When checking the website www.eparcel.com.au using your eParcel number 16536XXXXX you should see something like this:

  Delivery Number	16536 XXXXX
  Location	LOCAL PARCEL CENTRE
  Time this Status Occurred
  Status	Received at Parcel Centre for Processing

  Once the parcel has reached your local delivery centre another scan event will be created and checking the eParcel website www.eparcel.com.au using your eParcel number 16536XXXX number will show you something like this:

  Delivery Number	16536 XXXXX
  Location	LOCAL PARCEL CENTRE
  Time this Status Occurred
  Status	Ready for Delivery

  The local parcel contractor in your area will deliver your parcel and on delivery a signature is required. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.

Plant Heath Certificate and Treatment

Plant Heath Certificate and Treatment for Western Australia & Tasmanian orders 

As a bio security requirement all orders received from Western Australia and from Tasmania require a Plant Heath Certificate and treatment of plants before an order can be processed and dispatched. 

Please ensure that you add the cost  of $18 for this to your order.

It is also advisable to send your order Express Post using plastic satchels which are sold as 1kg bag 3 kg bag and 5 kg bag with a set price for each size. Based on the size of your order it may be necessary to pay an additional postage fee to cover your order.

All items sold come with a tax invoice for proof of purchase.
