Tall Bearded Iris 

The most pronounced features of this iris are undoubtedly the gorgeous chocolate over lilac beards. They are set on falls of pastel lilac-mauve that are just slightly deeper than the standards. Flowers are ruffled and full with a jaunty air. Show branching, can over bloom in hot climates but is a reliable rebloomer.

Iris flowering season commences in early October  and if weather conditions are ideal can continue well into November. Orders will not be dispatched until after flowering, it is important the rhizome is given time to put on growth after flowering so we aim to dig your order early December, weather permitting. Our rhizomes are trimmed washed, sanitised and left a day or two to dry, this makes your buying experience a positive one.
