The bright yellow of standards and styles drifts downward onto fall hafts. Expansive white falls are washed light lilac, becoming darker toward centres. Falls are laced with old gold bands and orange gold beards. Well-branched stems produce 8-10 beautiful blooms.( In Living Color X Hold My Hand)

Iris flowering season commences in early October  and if weather conditions are ideal can continue well into November. Orders will not be dispatched until after flowering, it is important the rhizome is given time to put on growth after flowering so we aim to dig your order early December, weather permitting. Our rhizomes are trimmed washed, sanitised and left a day or two to dry, this makes your buying experience a positive one. 

March 2025 Orders are currently being processed Autumn is the optimum time to purchase and plant iris in Australia as it is after the heat of summer and there is still time for iris to put their roots down and make some growth before winter.
