Tall Bearded Iris

Standards are icy blue on the outer and deepening to blue violet at the midribs. Falls are lovely smooth blue violet deepening slightly at the haft. beards are muted soft lemon. Superb branching and growth, really lovely this is a must have and is very popular at open garden. Very hard to capture the correct colour with a camera, it is BLUE but photographs more as a purple. 

Iris flowering season commences in early October  and if weather conditions are ideal can continue well into November. Orders will not be dispatched until after flowering, it is important the rhizome is given time to put on growth after flowering so we aim to dig your order early December, weather permitting. Our rhizomes are trimmed washed, sanitised and left a day or two to dry, this makes your buying experience a positive one. 

March 2025 Orders are currently being processed Autumn is the optimum time to purchase and plant iris in Australia as it is after the heat of summer and there is still time for iris to put their roots down and make some growth before winter.
